Hi! I am Kristie - a licensed Virginia Realtor ® ,Virginia Real Estate Broker and local Property Manager. I am the Broker and Owner of Lake Anna Property Management and Lake To County Real Estate. I enjoy working in real estate and I am sincere about helping you buy, sell or rent real estate. My goal is to take away your worries and minimize your risk when it comes to real estate transactions and your property management needs.
I have called the Lake Anna area home most of my life and I call on that life-long knowledge of the area to help my clients as well as visitors get to know our wonderful community. As a result, I do specialize in the Lake Anna and surrounding areas, however, I provide real estate services in other areas of our beautiful state of Virginia as well.
I have a heart for giving back and as such, I have pledged a portion of all sales commissions to local charities and causes. I have coordinated the only Virginia event to support Williams Syndrome, a cause very near and dear to me and my family. I sit on the board of the local non-profit Abide Village and have assisted in the founding of several other local non-profits. Recently, I created For Goodness Sake, a local charity founded to support local causes.
